- Assembly quality inspection
- Vision positioning and recognition
4. Local service and implementation partners
You have local engineers, a commissioning team or a service network for industrial equipment.
- Equipment installation and system commissioning
- Camera and lighting system setup
- Inspection program deployment and parameter tuning
- On-site project implementation, maintenance and troubleshooting
- Local customer training
5. Industry partners with real customer projects
If you already serve manufacturers in automotive parts, lithium battery, food packaging, leather goods or machining, and lack the inspection technology, we can evaluate the project with you and agree on a working arrangement.
02. Cooperation models
There is no single template. The arrangement follows your market position, technical capability and engineering capacity.
Model A — Regional distribution and equipment sales
You handle local market development, customer communication and commercial follow-up. We provide product and equipment information, catalogues and technical parameters, solution introductions, selection support, initial project evaluation, sales and product training, quotation and configuration support, and pre-sales technical assistance.
Model B — Joint project development
You collect requirements, on-site information and project coordination; we take solution design, core vision technology and the agreed scope of equipment manufacturing. Typical project types include surface defect inspection, dimensional and contour measurement, presence/absence and missing-part checks, assembly state inspection, automotive interior parts, prismatic battery cells, leather and cut pieces, food packaging and multi-station in-line inspection.
Model C — Equipment and core technology supply
You have the end customer but not the inspection equipment or the AI vision capability. You provide the product, inspection requirement, drawings or samples, OK/NG samples, cycle time and site conditions. We carry out feasibility assessment, imaging and lighting evaluation, algorithm and inspection logic development, equipment configuration and mechanical design, inspection software, manufacturing and integration.
Model D — Local installation, commissioning and service
For partners with a local technical team: installation and deployment, camera and lighting setup, system commissioning, inspection program deployment, operation testing, operator training, maintenance and troubleshooting. On complex projects both engineering teams can work together.
03. What we can inspect
Our inspection work covers quality verification, defect recognition, dimensional measurement and automated inspection across industrial manufacturing. The nine directions below are the areas partners can develop locally; detailed technical content is on the corresponding solution pages.
- Presence/absence, missing and wrong part — component presence, missing parts, wrong parts, assembly completeness, assembly position and state.
- Surface defects — scratches, dents, stains, damage and other recognisable appearance defects on metal and plastic parts.
- Dimensional measurement, contour and hole position — outline dimensions, hole diameter and position, hole spacing, edge and shape, specific geometric features. Measurement capability depends on part size, imaging conditions, optics and tolerance, and is assessed per project.
- Curved and complex parts — imaging, lighting and algorithm design for surfaces where a single flat image is not stable.
- Automotive interior parts — surface appearance, wrapping state, assembly completeness, multi-zone inspection.
- Prismatic battery cells — appearance defects, surface anomaly, multi-zone imaging, AI defect classification.
- Leather, cut pieces and film — surface flaws, cut-piece appearance, scratches and damage, in-line inspection.
- Food packaging, labels and codes — packaging appearance, label presence and position, printed character recognition, packaging integrity.
- Vision software and AI defect recognition — image acquisition and processing, inspection logic, defect classification, software application and integration with automation equipment.
04. Technical support for partners
An inspection project needs imaging, optics, algorithms and on-site engineering, not only hardware.
- Early stage — part and material analysis, defect type confirmation, OK/NG sample review, tolerance and acceptance criteria discussion, imaging and lighting evaluation, cycle time and process analysis, feasibility assessment.
- Vision technology — camera selection, optical lighting design, image acquisition and processing, AI defect recognition support, inspection logic and software functions, system application and commissioning guidance.
- Equipment and engineering — inspection equipment design and manufacturing, camera/lens/lighting configuration, mechanical structure and station design, system integration, production line integration.
- Training and remote support — system principles, equipment operation and maintenance, camera and lighting fundamentals, inspection program and software use, commissioning guidance, remote troubleshooting.
Technical documentation, source code, drawings and software licensing scope are defined by the project contract, IP terms and confidentiality agreement.
05. Installation, commissioning and service
Three arrangements are possible, depending on the region and the project:
- Local implementation — your engineers handle installation, commissioning, maintenance and customer service; we provide documentation, remote guidance and training.
- Joint implementation — both engineering teams take part; you handle site coordination, installation and basic engineering, we handle the agreed vision scope and complex issues.
- On-site support by our engineers — for large or complex systems, engineer visits can be arranged. Travel, cost, visa, duration and responsibility are agreed before the project starts.
06. How the first project starts
- Submit the project and samples — country and site, customer industry, product and photos, drawings or key dimensions, OK/NG samples, defect types, current inspection method, expected cycle time, installation conditions.
- Sample analysis and technical evaluation — imaging conditions, lighting, defect characteristics and feasibility of AI recognition.
- Inspection solution — imaging and lighting, camera and vision configuration, station and mechanical structure, algorithm and inspection logic, software and control configuration, delivery scope.
- Configuration and quotation — equipment configuration and formal quotation for a single station, multiple stations or a full in-line system.
- Manufacturing, testing and delivery.
- Installation, commissioning and acceptance.
- Long-term cooperation — regional distribution, project cooperation, training, spare parts and local service.

Frequently Asked Questions
How can we become a partner?
Send your company profile, the region you cover, your business type and, if available, a current customer project with samples. We review it and arrange a technical discussion before agreeing on a cooperation model.
Do you work with distributors outside China?
Yes. We work with distributors and dealers outside China under regional or project-based arrangements. Exclusive rights are not granted by default and are agreed separately.
Do you accept machine vision system integrators?
Yes. Integrators with vision engineers can take part in joint project development, taking the local requirement, coordination and implementation scope while we handle solution design and core vision technology.
Do you provide technical support for overseas projects?
Yes, remotely as a rule: imaging and lighting review, algorithm and software guidance, commissioning assistance and troubleshooting. Engineer visits can be arranged for complex projects by agreement.
Can we send samples for testing?
Yes. Send the parts, OK/NG samples, defect types and inspection requirement. We run imaging tests and assess feasibility before any configuration or price is discussed.
How do we apply for a regional partnership?
Apply through the contact page with your region, customer base and capabilities. A first project is normally the starting point; regional arrangements are discussed after both sides have worked together.
