Vision Inspection Project Inquiry
If you already have an inspection requirement, send it to us directly. You do not need to be a partner, a distributor or an existing customer. A project inquiry and a partnership inquiry are handled separately.
What happens after you submit
- Requirement review — we read the part, the defect and the acceptance criteria you describe, and tell you whether a sample evaluation is needed or the requirement can be answered from the information given.
- Sample evaluation — imaging tests on your parts, defect analysis and an assessment of whether the defect is separable from acceptable variation.
- Solution outline — imaging and lighting, camera configuration, station layout, algorithm route, software functions and integration scope.
- Configuration and quotation — equipment configuration and price for a single station, several stations or an in-line system.
What to include in the inquiry
- Company name and country
- Contact person, business email and WhatsApp or phone
- Industry and product name
- What to inspect: presence/absence, surface defect, dimension, assembly state, code reading
- Defect types and the acceptance limit for each
- Current inspection method and what goes wrong with it
- Required cycle time
- Line conditions: how the part arrives, PLC and interfaces, space, ambient light
- Drawings, photos or site pictures where available
What we will not do
We do not quote a detection rate, an escape rate or a cycle time from a description alone. Those depend on the part, the surface, the lighting and the acceptance criteria, and are established by measurement on your samples. A supplier who guarantees a number before seeing the part is making a commercial assumption, not a technical one.
Timing and scope
The evaluation scope, sample shipping and any related cost are agreed per project. We will tell you what is needed and what the realistic next step is before any commitment is made.
