Whether a visual inspection solution is viable depends on the imaging conditions and the acceptance criteria, not on camera specifications alone. We therefore recommend a sample test first: give us the physical parts, defect samples and inspection requirements, and our engineers will first judge "whether this defect can form a clear image and be judged consistently", then propose the optical solution, algorithm approach and equipment configuration.
