We will not ask you to provide sensitive personal information such as ID numbers, bank account numbers or biometric data. If a product image or drawing contains content you would rather not disclose, please mask it yourself before submitting.

- With your consent, sample imaging and judgement testing are arranged;

The form content and attachments you submit are stored on this site's own servers and databases, and we use access control to limit what internal staff can view.
