Solutions are grouped by Inspection Objects and Industries They are divided into broad categories rather than by equipment model. The advantage of this division is that the question raised on site is usually "how do I inspect the appearance of these parts" rather than "which machine should I buy"—first identify which category the problem belongs to, then look at which validated inspection methods exist within that category.
The categories are not mutually exclusive. A single project often involves several of them at once; for example, an automotive interior cover part requires checking both the covering wrinkles (cover-part category) and the leather surface defects (defect and scratch category). At delivery, inspection regions, algorithms and optical configurations are combined per workpiece, and the results are uniformly presented as OK/NG and interlocked with the PLC.
Presence/Absence Inspection Solutions
Judging whether a part is "present, not missing, installed, and installed correctly". Split by inspection task into presence/absence, missing part, wrong part, assembly confirmation, count, label, glue, OCR, code reading and anomaly detection.
Cut-Piece Inspection Solutions
For cut pieces and roll material in fabric, leather, non-woven fabric and composite material: online inspection of surface defects plus contour and dimensions, with results output by cut-piece position and interlocking with the cutting machine and sorting.
Defect and Scratch Inspection Visual Solution
Imaging and algorithm route for surface flaws and scratch-type defects: first use suitable illumination to make the defect "form a clear image", then separate the defect from the material's natural texture, and finally set the threshold according to the cost of escapes and over-rejections.
Vision Solution for Curved Surface Part Inspection
Parts with curved surfaces, wrapped surfaces or irregular structures: multi-angle imaging and photometric stereo cover areas facing different directions, and calibrated measurement completes the appearance and dimensional inspection.
Food Industry Vision Solutions
Automatic appearance inspection on food production lines: dual-side appearance, foreign matter, shape and dimensions, color, packaging integrity and labeling; the equipment structure is configured according to on-site cleaning and protection requirements.
Visual Inspection Solutions for Wrapped Parts
Three-dimensional parts where leather, fabric or film is covered onto a frame: it inspects wrinkles, blistering, delamination, incomplete corner coverage, joint misalignment and color difference or dirt caused by covering.
Prismatic Lithium Battery Cell Appearance Inspection
An integrated appearance inspection machine for prismatic battery cell production lines: 2.5D + 3D + photometric stereo imaging + AI defect inspection, covering the four main areas of the explosion-proof valve and PP film, the terminal posts, the aluminum side shell and the blue film, with a cumulative total of 78 identifiable defects and a line cycle time of 40 PPM.
Visual Inspection Solutions for Automotive Interior Parts
For door panels, armrests, trim panels, interior mirrors and injection-molded parts, four types of judgement — dimension, contour, hole position and appearance — are integrated into one automated inspection workflow, with OK/NG judgement and data traceability.
Vision Software and Algorithms
The layer in the equipment responsible for "did it understand, did it judge correctly": algorithm library, sample annotation and training, recipe management, archived traceability of results and external communication interfaces. Training and inference are completed on the machine itself.
